About Kenzie

Mackenzie (Kenzie) Shireman is a doctoral-prepared, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a decade of experience across primary care, women's health, and telemedicine. She holds advanced training in obesity medicine and perimenopause and menopause care, bringing specialized, evidence-based expertise to complex metabolic and hormonal health. A respected clinical and operational leader, she has helped scale national healthcare provider teams in fast-growing startups while remaining fiercely committed to person-first care. Kenzie also serves as an adjunct nursing professor and peer reviewer for two medical journals: Obesity Pillars and the Journal of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Care is available via telemedicine video visit or in-person — your preference. Telemedicine visits require you to be physically located in Indiana at the time of the visit. Ask ahead if you will be in another state; with multi-state licensure, Kenzie may be able to accommodate.
